Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a method of subcontracting various business-related operations to third-party vendors.
BPO is deemed "offshore outsourcing" if the contract is sent to another country where there is political stability, lower labor costs, and/or tax savings.
The objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation are:-
1. To carry on the business in India and abroad, of carrying and providing complete Information Technology enabled products and services including setting up of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) centers, data processing centers which includes data, voice or video collection and processing, call centre services including inbound and outbound calling services of all kinds,technical support, managed data centre, managed technical centre, training centre, web support back office, business or financial analysis, scientific analysis, research work and analysis, storage,disaster recovery, accounting, pay roll, inventory management, customer relationship management, enterprises resources planning, etc.
2. To carry on the business of providing outsourcing services for all processes, sub processes, transactions, activities and all other work performed by business in various industries within India and across the world. This includes those process or sub processes that are enabled by information technology. It also includes date, voice or video collection and processing, call centre services including in bound and out bound calling services of all kinds, technical support, managed data centre, managed technical centre, training centre, web support back office, business or financial analysis, scientific analysis, research work and analysis, storage, disaster recovery, accounting, pay roll, inventory management, customer relationship management, enterprises resources planning and to develop software, provide consultancy, software solution and services that are normally offered by the outsourcing business and information technology services providers, the software development houses and application services providers.
3. To offer consultancy, advisory and all related services in all areas of information technology including computer hardware and software, data communication, telecommunications, manufacturing and process control and automation, e-commerce, tele-medicine, tele-education, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, domestic and international tele-marketing which includes business-to-business, business-to-customer, business-to-government, lead generation, outbound, inbound and selling products and services over telephone or other electronic communication means.
4. To develop, market, implement systems and application software packages and related products, to conduct software and hardware courses, to offer consultancy including hardware selection, system design, manpower selection, software development, implementation and training and to operate data and information processing and to render all such services as are required by the customers in relation to processing of information and also in the interpretation, application and use of processed data.
5. To conceive, design, develop, sell and trade client and server software solutions for internet, general administration process simulation and any other customized software including internet and networking applications software in international and domestic markets, to carry out software development work and create training programmes and employment opportunity and to provide Software development education facilities and training programmes and employment.
